Collaborated with UX researchers for the home page redesign, enhancing the shopping experience that gives users easy access to product categories.


Crafted an eyeglasses and contact lens selection design that aligns with consumer expectations, delivering an intuitive shopping experience.


Designed a lens selection flow that mirrors the in-store experience, allowing users to manually input prescriptions without signing in, while providing pricing transparency and helpful guidance throughout the complex shopping process.


Incorporated familiar online shopping features, allowing users to edit or remove products, view pricing summaries, access potential discounts, and see frame-matching information.

Continued designing the flow to align with consumers’ mental models, designing a 3-step checkout that allows users to review and edit their cart before purchasing.
Designed for both healthcare and commerce, the platform centralizes benefits, prescription records, and purchase history, while enabling order tracking and updates to shipping and billing.


The proof-of-concept wireframe prototype was developed on schedule. Collaborated closely with UX researchers and iterated the design based on feedback from selected members during usability testing.
