Designed an intuitive healthcare plan shopping experience that helps users easily compare coverage options and understand plan details to make confident decisions.

Post-submission management feature that addresses user pain points by allowing applicants to track status, access key details, and upload documents. The feature aimed to lower support calls, provide application transparency, and improve the overall applicant experience.
